How to Buy
'Dee Jewellery' want to make your online shopping experience as pleasing as possible. If you see a piece of jewellery that catches your eye or you want to commission a piece, please get in contact and we can discuss your wishes in more detail.
How to Order:
Each piece of jewellery available on the website has a code which you can quote by email or on the phone, when placing an order. These pieces are ready-made and are available for sale. Each piece is unique as no two pieces of jewellery are the same.
Commissions:
If you wish to customise a piece for yourself or as a gift, it's probably best that you contact us to discuss your ideas in more detail. Please allow 7 working days for commissions to be created.
Payment:
You can pay by cash, cheque or paypal. For those who wish to use paypal, we will email you a paypal invoice and you can send through the payment to our paypal account. For those who wish to send a cheque - please allow 3 working days for the cheque to clear.
Packaging:
Items being shipped by post will be bubble wrapped for protection. For gifts, you will also receive tissue paper and a gift-bag.
Shipping:
Once payment is received and cleared - shipping will take place within 2 working days. For delivery, please allow 5 working days within Ireland and 10 working days outside Ireland.
